Chairman The Honourable Mr Justice Rimer was a judge of the Chancery Division of the High Court and, (pursuant to section 12(2)(b) of the Enterprise Act 2002) a chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal until his appointment to the Court of Appeal in 2007.
