Judgment on the preliminary issues was handed down on 18 March 2003. A ruling on confidentiality was made at a case management conference on 9 June 2003 with regard to the disclosure of documents.

A further case management conference took place on 2 September 2003 at which the Tribunal gave directions with regard to the service of evidence. A further case management conference took place on 1 April 2004 at which late June or July was identified as a suitable time for the main hearing. A further case management conference was held on 24 May 2004. Judgment on the applicants' request for further recovery and inspection was handed down on 24 September 2004.

The final hearing took place on 12, 13 and 14 January 2005 at the conclusion of which the Tribunal reserved judgment. Judgment was handed down on 2 September 2005 setting aside the OFT's decision. The Tribunal's Judgment in respect of the appellants' application to recover expenses was handed down on 14 October 2005.

A further hearing took place on 17 January 2006. The Tribunal's judgment in respect of guidance on conduct concerning withdrawal was handed down on 17 February 2006. The Tribunal's Judgment on applications for expenses in relation to the matters contained in the Tribunal's Judgment of 17 February 2006 was handed down on 27 March 2006.
