A claim form was received on 3 December 2008. An amended claim form was filed on 6 January 2009 and served on 8 January 2009. A notice of a claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 was published on 21 January 2009. On 5 February 2009, the Registrar made an Order extending the date for service of the defence. Following notification that the Claimants and the Defendant have agreed terms for the settlement of this matter, on 11 February 2009 the President made an Order granting the Claimants permission to withdraw their claim.
