Summary of appeal published 10 September 2009. By an Order dated 25 September 2009 BT was granted permission to intervene. Upon OFCOM having indicated that there was an error in the Determination and that it proposed to re-determine the matters in dispute, the Tribunal made an Order that the proceedings be stayed until further order. Following the appellants’ request of 16 July 2010, the Tribunal granted the appellants permission to withdraw their notice of appeal.
