On 30 May 2013, the Chairman made a Reasoned Order staying this case and Case 1198/5/7/12 until 21 June 2013. By an order of the Chairman dated 18 June 2013 the stays in both claims were extended until 5 July 2013.

On 3 July 2013, the Chairman made an Order, the terms of which were agreed between the parties, granting the Claimant permission to withdraw its claim.
