By an Order of the Chairman, dated 24 September 2013, the time for applying for permission to intervene was abridged until 9 October 2013. A case management conference took place on 10 October 2013 at which the Tribunal ruled on an application for disclosure by Ryanair, and gave directions regarding the future conduct of the application.

The hearing of the application took place between 12-14 February 2014. Judgment was handed down on 7 March 2014. On 23 April 2014, the Tribunal handed down a ruling dealing with permission to appeal and costs.

On 17 July 2014, the Court of Appeal granted Ryanair permission to appeal the Tribunal's judgment of 7 March 2014 in relation to ground 2.

On 12 February 2015, the Court of Appeal dismissed Ryanair’s appeal and made an Order for costs.
