By an Order of the President, dated 19 June 2015, the time for applying for permission to intervene was abridged until 12 noon on 23 June 2015. A case management conference took place on 24 June 2015. A directions order was made on the same day. The main hearing took place on 3 July 2015. Judgment was handed down on 15 July 2015 ([2015] CAT 14) and, during a hearing which took place on the same day, the Tribunal gave a ruling dealing with costs and permission to appeal.
