1263/5/7/16 Labinvesta Limited v Dako Denmark A/S and Others

Claim under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 based on an alleged infringement of the Chapter II prohibition contained in the Competition Act 1998 and Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The Claimant has applied for fast-track designation.

On 30 November 2016, the President made an Order granting the claimant permission to withdraw the claim.

A subsequent application for costs made by the third Defendant was refused by Reasoned Order of the President dated 15 February 2018 ([2018] CAT 2).
