A case management conference ("CMC") took place remotely on 14 January 2022. By an Order of the President of the same date, the time for filing requests for permission to intervene was abridged such that any (i) request for permission to intervene, (ii) application for intervention (including any documents) and (iii) all substantive submissions and/or evidence (including any documents) should be filed by no later than midnight on 18 January 2022.
The hearing of the application took place on 1 February 2022. On 2 February 2022, the Tribunal published its judgment on the application ([2022] CAT 4) ("the Judgment"). For the reasons given in the Judgment, the Tribunal unanimously rejected the application.
On 14 March 2022, the President made a Reasoned Order granting the Respondent’s application for its costs, summarily assessed at £75,000.
