This case is one of a number of cases transferred to the Tribunal from the High Court pursuant to an Order of the Chancellor of the High Court dated 7 April 2022 (the “Transfer Order”). All cases transferred to the Tribunal pursuant to the Transfer Order involved claims against entities in the Visa and/Mastercard group of companies in respect of alleged interchange fee overcharges.
This claim is no longer active, either as a consequence of being settled, dismissed or having lapsed prior to transfer to the Tribunal. This case has therefore been archived.
