Claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 by Commercial Buyers' Group (the "Claimant") against Associated Lead Mills Limited and others (the "Defendant").

A case management conference took place on 23 March 2023, at which the Chair delivered an ex tempore Ruling on the Defendants' application for security for costs. refusing the Defendants' application for a split trial. The Tribunal gave directions for the future conduct of the proceedings and as set out in an Order made on 31 March 2023 ("CMC Order"). On 12 May and 27 June 2023, an Order of the Chair varied the timetable as set out in the CMC Order.

By Order of the Chair dated 21 July 2023, the proceedings were withdrawn by consent.
