Claim for damages brought by Jaguar Land Rover Ltd and Jaguar Land Rover Holdings Ltd against (1) DENSO Automotive UK Ltd, (2) DENSO Europe BV and (3) DENSO Corporation for losses alleged to have been suffered as a result of the Defendants' breach of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Article 53 of the European Economic Area Agreement, as read with section 2(1) of the European Communities Act 1972 and/or as given effect in the domestic law of any other EU member state. The Claimants rely on the European Commission decision dated 27 January 2016 (Case AT.40028 - Alternators and Starters), in respect of which the Third Defendant is an addressee.
The claim was transferred from the High Court to the Tribunal by Order of Master Kaye dated 14 August 2023.
The first case management conference listed for 4 December 2023 was adjourned to take place on 2 February 2024.
On 19 December 2023 the claim was stayed by consent. The case management conference listed to take place on 2 February 2024 has been vacated.
