Application by the Competition and Markets Authority (“the CMA”) for the issue of a warrant.
On 17 October 2023 the Tribunal handed down its judgment in relation to this and related applications ("the Judgment").
On 27 October 2023 the CMA applied for the Judgment to be withheld from publication.
On 6 November 2023 the Tribunal ruled ("the Publication Decision" or [2023] CAT 68) that its Judgment should be published.
On 7 December 2023, the Tribunal published the Judgment, following confirmation from the CMA that it was withdrawing its application for a stay of execution of the Publication Decision.
