Order of the High Court transferring various interchange fee proceedings from the High Court to the Tribunal. If any party wishes to apply to the High Court to vary or set aside this order, it shall do so on 3 days’ notice to the other party or parties to the Proceedings and in any event within 28 days of the Order being notified pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Order.
