Claim form received on 4 August 2008 and served on 5 August 2008. On 20 August 2008, the President made an Order extending the time for service of the Defence until 30 September 2008. Notice of claim for damages under Section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 published on 26 August 2008. On 26 September 2008, the Chairman made an Order further extending the time for the service of the Defence until 14 October 2008. A case management conference took place on 17 November 2008. A further case management conference was fixed, but subsequently adjourned. Following notification that the Claimants and the Defendant have agreed terms for the settlement of this matter, the Tribunal made an Order on 28 January 2009 granting the Claimants permission to withdraw their claims.
