By Order of 29 April 2013, the President of the Tribunal granted the OFT’s application for a stay of the appeal. On 23 July 2013, the Court of Appeal granted the OFT permission to appeal the Tribunal’s Ruling ([2013] CAT 5) in Cases 1197/1/1/12 and 1200/1/1/12. This appeal and the appeal in Case No. 1208/1/1/13 are, therefore, stayed until 14 days after the Court of Appeal determines that appeal.By Order of 30 May 2014, the President of the Tribunal granted the Appellant permission to withdraw its appeal.
