Summary of appeal published on 30 May 2013. A Case Management Conference took place on 20 June 2013 at which the President gave directions regarding the future conduct of the appeal. On 24 June 2013, the President made: (i) an Order fixing the timetable and procedure for the remainder of the proceedings up to and including the main hearing, and granting permission to intervene to EE Limited, Hutchison 3G UK Limited, TalkTalk Telecom Group Plc, Verizon UK Limited, Vodafone Limited and British Telecommunications PLC; and (ii) an Order establishing a confidentiality ring.

On 23 July 2013, the Chairman made an Order granting the Appellant permission to amend its Notice of Appeal. On 1 August 2013, the President made an Order extending the deadline for the filing of the Defence and any supporting evidence. On 8 August 2013, the President made an Order extending the deadline for the filing of BT’s Statement of Intervention and any supporting evidence. On 12 September 2013, the Chairman made an Order extending the deadline for the filing of Skeleton Arguments by the Applicant, the Respondent and BT. On 27 September 2013, the Chairman made an Order further extending the deadline for the filing of the Respondent’s Skeleton Argument.

The main hearing took place on 14 - 17 October 2013. On 26 November 2013, the Tribunal handed down its judgment dismissing the appeal.

On 20 December 2013, the Chairman made an Order in relation to costs.
