On 25 June 2014, the applicants applied to the Tribunal, pursuant to rule 31(3) of the Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2003, for permission to initiate a claim for monetary loss against the defendants pursuant to section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 (“the Application”). By an order dated 3 July 2014 the President made various directions regarding the future conduct of the case.
On 10 September 2014, the President made an Order granting the applicants permission to withdraw the Application.
