1242/5/7/15 (IN) NCRQ Ltd v Institution of Occupational Safety and Health

Application for interim injunction pursuant to section 47A(3)(c) of the Competition Act 1998 by NCRQ Limited against the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. The claimant has also commenced proceedings seeking damages pursuant to section 47A(3)(a) of the Act (Case 1243/5/7/15).

By Order dated 22 December 2015, the President gave directions in respect of preparatory steps for the hearing listed for 12-13 January 2016.

These proceedings were settled and the hearing was vacated by Order of the President dated 11 January 2016.
