Ruling of the Tribunal refusing the Claimant’s request for permission to appeal from the Tribunal’s judgment of 21 December 2009 ([2009] CAT 36).
The Claimant’s proposed grounds of appeal concerned the Tribunal’s finding that the Claimant had failed to prove that the breach of statutory duty by the Defendant caused any claimed loss.
The Tribunal refused permission to appeal on the basis that the proposed grounds of appeal had no real prospect of success and there were no other compelling reasons to allow an appeal to the Court of Appeal.
