Following the appellant's request for interim relief dated 28 June 2004, a Consent Order was agreed on 6 July 2004 suspending the OFT`s decision in so far as it makes the grant of exemption to the appellant`s General Terms of Agreement ("GTA") the subject of requirements to amend the GTA within three months from the date of the decision.
