Notice of claim for damages under section 47A Competition Act 1998 published 23 August 2007. On 24 August 2007, the Tribunal made an Order that the proceedings be stayed until 10 September 2007. By an Order dated 19 September 2007 the proceedings were stayed until 10 November 2007. By an Order dated 14 November 2007 the time for the service of the defence has been extended until further order. A case management conference was held on 20 November 2007. Following notification that the Claimant and Defendants have agreed terms for the settlement of this matter, the Tribunal made an Order on 18 February 2008 staying the proceedings upon the terms of the agreed settlement.
