Claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 based on the decision of the European Commission dated 21 February 2018 relating to a proceeding under Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Article 53 of the European Economic Area Agreement (AT.40009 – Maritime Car Carriers).

The claim against the Ninth, First, Eighth, Second to Seventh and Tenth Defendants was withdrawn by consent on 28 May 2020, 23 June 2020, 13 July 2020, 14 September 2020 and 20 November 2020 respectively.
