Appointment of member of the Competition Service

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy has appointed Mr Ben Tidswell to be a member of the Competition Service. The Competition Sevice is the body which provides the resources for the work of the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Mr Tidswell is also a chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
