Ruling of the Tribunal in relation to the Defendant's application for further security for costs.
The Claimant accepted that further security for costs should be paid but disputed the amount and the timing of such payment. The Tribunal ordered the Claimant to pay a further £575,000 as security for costs which is to be provided by 21 February 2025.
The Claimant was also ordered to pay the Defendant's costs of the security for costs application.
