Notice of application published. Case management conferences took place on 27 March 2003 and 2 September 2003. At the case management conference on 27 March 2003 Robert Wiseman Dairies plc and Robert Wiseman and Sons Limited were granted permission to intervene in the proceedings.
At the case management conference on 2 September 2003 and in the light of the decision of the Office of Fair Trading to reopen its investigation into alleged infringements of the Chapter I prohibition by the interveners, the Tribunal decided to stay the proceedings. On 27 March 2006 the Tribunal issued a reasoned Order continuing the stay until 1 October 2006. On 20 November 2006 the Tribunal made an Order on expenses and closure of the proceedings.
