Claim for damages under section 47A of the Competition Act 1998. An application for permission to serve the claim out of the jurisdiction on two defendants was determined by an order of the President dated 28 September 2017. On 18 October 2017 the Claimants applied to the Tribunal to: (i) amend their claim; and (ii) serve the claim on the defendants out of the jurisdiction. The President granted the application on 23 October 2017.

By an Order of the Chairman dated 6 April 2018, the proceedings were stayed. The claim was withdrawn by consent on 7 January 2019.
