The Honourable Mr Justice Ian Huddleston is a judge of the High Court of Northern Ireland and has been nominated by the Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland pursuant to section 12(2)(ac) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (as amended by section 82 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015) to sit as a Chairman of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
