1476/5/7/22 (T) Lakeland Limited v Visa Europe Limited and others

This case was transferred to the Tribunal from the High Court by an Order of the Chancellor of the High Court dated 7 April 2022, which transferred a number of claims against entities in Visa and/or Mastercard group of companies in respect of alleged interchange fee overcharges.

This claim was subsequently withdrawn by consent pursuant to an Order of the President dated 30 June 2022.
