This case was transferred to the Tribunal from the High Court pursuant to an Order of Mr Justice Foxton dated 3 October 2022 (the “Transfer Order”). This case involves claims against entitles in the Mastercard group of companies in respect of alleged interchange fee overcharges.

On 17 January 2023, the President made an Order designating this case as a “Host Case” pursuant to Practice Direction 2/2022 (Umbrella Proceedings).
