1580/5/7/23 (T) Euro Garages Limited v Visa Inc. and Others

This case was transferred to the Tribunal pursuant to an Order of the Chancellor of the High Court dated 7 April 2022, as re-amended on 13 September 2022 (the “Transfer Order”). This case involves claims against entities in the Visa group of companies in respect of alleged interchange fee overcharges.

On 7 March 2023, the President made an Order designating this case as a “Host Case” pursuant to Practice Direction 2/2022 (Umbrella Proceedings).
