1594/5/7/23 (T) GAP Group Limited and Another v DAF Trucks Limited and Others

Claim for damages for breach of Article 101 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union, the Chapter I prohibition in section 2 of the Competition Act 1998 and Article 53 of the European Economic Area Agreement by GAP Group Limited and another (the “Claimants”) against DAF Trucks Limited and others (the "Defendants"). The Claimants rely on a decision of the European Commission of 19 July 2016 (Case AT.39824 - Trucks) which was addressed to all of the Defendants.

The issues in the proceedings were transferred from the High Court to the Tribunal by consent by order of Deputy Master Hansen dated 1 June 2023.
