Claim for damages for breach of Article 101 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union and/or Article 53 of the European Economic Area Agreement and/or the Chapter I prohibition of the Competition Act 1998 by Wincanton Holdings Limited and 38 other Claimants (the "Claimants") against (1) DAF Trucks Limited; (2) DAF Trucks N.V.; (3) DAF Trucks Deutschland GmbH; (4) PACCAR Inc.; (5) TRATON SE; (6) MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH; (7) MAN Truck & Bus SE; (8) Aktiebolaget Volvo; (9) Volvo Lastvagnar Aktiebolag; (10) Volvo Group Trucks Central Europe GmbH; (11) Renault Trucks SAS; (12) Daimler AG; (13) Stellantis N.V.; (14) CNH Industrial N.V.; (15) Iveco S.p.A.; and (16) Iveco Magirus AG.
The issues in the proceedings were transferred from the High Court to the Tribunal by consent by order of Master Clark dated 28 September 2023.
