Nomination of Judges of the High Court of Northern Ireland to act as Chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

The President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal is pleased to announce that the following judges of the High Court of Northern Ireland have been nominated by the Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland to sit as Chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal:

The Hon. Mr Justice Mark Horner
The Hon. Mr Justice Ian Huddleston

 

Notes:

Section 12(2)(ac) of the Enterprise Act 2002 enables the Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland to nominate High Court of Northern Ireland judges to sit as chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
