Practice Direction Relating to Disclosure and Inspection of Evidence in Claims Made Pursuant to Parts 4 and 5 of the Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2015

The Tribunal has published a Practice Direction relating to disclosure and Inspection of evidence in claims made pursuant to Parts 4 and 5 of the Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2015.

The purpose of this Practice Direction is to align the practice and procedure of the Tribunal concerning disclosure or inspection of evidence with the relevant requirements of Directive 2014/104/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the European Union.
