Claim for damages arising from alleged unlawful cartel arrangements entered into and/or implemented by the Defendants in relation to the supply of farmed Atlantic salmon. These cartel arrangements are said to comprise a single and continuous infringement contrary to the Chapter I prohibition contained in s.2 of the Competition Act 1998 and, until 31 December 2020, Article 101(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Article 53 of the European Economic Area Agreement.
The Defendants’ jurisdiction and related applications were heard on 4 and 5 February 2025. The hearing took place in Court 17 Rolls Building, Fetter Ln, City of London, London EC4A 1NL.
Judgment was delivered in the jurisdiction and related applications on 5 March 2025.
