The Tribunal found that the Director General had given inadequate reasons for rejecting one of the grounds of Freeserve’s complaint about BT’s actions. The Tribunal set aside this aspect of the Director’s decision (relating to allegations of predatory pricing) but did not draw any conclusions on the merits of the case. The Tribunal found that Freeserve had not established that the Director had dealt inadequately with the remainder of the complaint and therefore dismissed Freeserve’s appeal in all other respects.
