A case management conference was held on 29 October 2021 where the Tribunal gave directions for the future conduct of the proceedings and ordered that there be a hearing of preliminary issues. 

On 20 October 2021, the Defendant made an application for security for costs and an interim payment on account. That application was resolved by consent, and the Order of the Chairman made by consent dated 7 December 2021 directed that the claim be stayed pending payment by the Claimant of the second instalment of security. 

A short remote hearing took place on 13 May 2024 to consider the Claimant's compliance with the Order dated 31 January 2024. At the hearing the Tribunal granted the Claimant relief from sanctions for non-compliance with the Order dated 31 January 2024. The Tribunal's reasons for granting the Claimant relief from sanctions are set out in its ruling dated 21 May 2024 ([2024] CAT 35).

A further case management conference is listed to take place on 1 November 2024.

A hearing of preliminary issues has been listed to take place during the period 14 - 31 July 2025.
