Claim for damages by C. Russell Auto Sales Ltd in respect of alleged infringements of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and/or Article 53 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The claim is made against Iveco S.P.A. The Claimants rely on a decision of the European Commission of 19 July 2016 (Case AT.39824 - Trucks) which was addressed to (amongst others) the Defendant. 

The proceedings were transferred from the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland to the Tribunal by Order of the Honourable Mr Justice Huddleston dated 21 August 2024.

By Order dated 24 September 2024, these proceedings have been stayed.
