A Case Management Conference (CMC) took place as a remote case event on 4 March 2021.

The main hearing of the CPO application took place on 24-25 June 2021. The Tribunal issued its Judgment on 27 September 2021 ([2021] CAT 30).

A consequentials hearing took place remotely on 19 October 2021. The Tribunal issued a Ruling in respect of that hearing on 25 October 2021 ([2021] CAT 32).

By an Order dated 18 November 2021 (as amended), the Court of Appeal granted BT permission to appeal against the Tribunal's CPO Judgment ([2021 CAT 30]). On 6 May 2022 the Court of Appeal issued its Judgment refusing BT's appeal.  

A CMC took place on 13 May 2022 and the Tribunal issued a Ruling further to the CMC on 20 May 2022 ([2022] CAT 21) regarding the appointment of the "trial tribunal" in the context of the Tribunal's Rules. 

A further CMC took place on 18 November 2022, at which the Tribunal gave three rulings on preliminary issues which arose in the context of that CMC.  

A further CMC took place on 3 July 2023 to determine applications made by the Class Representative to file an amended reply, and to adduce further behavioural evidence. 

A pre-trial review took place on 8 December 2023.

The Trial took place between 29 January 2024 and 22 March 2024. Judgment is reserved.
